1. Employer Access to Employee Portfolios
Employers now have access to a digital portfolio for each of their employees. These portfolios provide comprehensive records of any employee course completions to date.
The employee portfolios can be downloaded in PDF format for record keeping and regulatory compliance purposes.
2. Completion Certificates for Non-Recert courses
Users can now add completion certificates for any Non-Recert courses assigned by an employer.
Additionally, employers can remove or replace any completion certificates uploaded by employees. If a completion certificate has been added by an employer, the employee will have view-only access.
This will allow Recert to be used as a comprehensive record system for native Recert courses as well as any external certifications.
